The environment that businesses operate in today is constantly changing. In order to stay afloat and thriving, it’s critical that everyone pulls in the same direction. Here are four ways I can help ensure that your organization has strategic alignment at all levels.
Harness the wisdom of your people in forming goals and charting a path to achieve them. If stakeholders help create the plan, they will work together to see it through – no need to sell the plan to get buy-in! Go here for more details.
Most work is done in teams. But sometimes even with the best people with the best skills, things just don’t gel. You need to forge agreement on mission, be sure you have the right talent, develop productive norms, and establish psychological safety for open communication. Go here for more details.
Meet with leaders of non-competing businesses to celebrate successes and constructively analyze failures. You’ll find a space where you can talk about things you can’t talk about anywhere else. Find out how my Roundtable Groups are unique here .
Sometimes intensive one-on-one work is most helpful. This can help you navigate some challenging situations at work, help you find the best path for advancement in your career, or identify and address obstacles to reaching your potential. Go here for more details.

The recommendations he made identified the common ground that allowed us to move forward productively.
As a research team operating globally, expectations are high and work intense. Jeff was very helpful in getting our team to work together more seamlessly to ensure each team member shines and we operate synergistically. In just a half-day retreat airing differences in approaches, priorities and perceptions clarified members’ roles and best paths ahead. The team has been firing on all cylinders since then!
Jeff’s coaching two of our top leaders helped clarify roles and improve communication styles. His comprehensive 360º interviews provided feedback that led to real changes. The outcome has been a much smoother running operation, with both of them taking up roles that better fit their skills, thereby advancing their careers, and leading to growth for the company.
